Project Name : Promoting Agricultural Commercialization Enterprise (PACE) Project

Brief of activities :

We are implementing different three projects under PACE program of PKSF. These projects details are giving below:

NAME OF PROJECT: Modern Technology and Management implementation Practice in Present Milking Cow’s Cluster at Tala Upazila in Satkhira for development and Extension of Dairy Value Chain.

Objectives:

1.      To increase milk production and reduces animal protein shortage throw good management practices of the dairy farm.

2.      To produce the source of other income throw vermicompost production.

3.      To develop well expert village veterinary technicians.

4.      To build up coordination with service providing Govt. & NGO offices.

NAME OF PROJECT: Vermicompost production and Extension of Hydroponic fodder cultivation technology.

 

Goal:

1.      To ensure the supply of green grass and the productive use of cow dung.

Objectives:

1.      Productive use of cow dung through commercially vermicompost production.

2.      To ensure the supply of required green grass for cows in limited space.

 

 

NAME OF PROJECT: High yielding dates-palm cultivation technology transfer and extend to the farmers.       

 

Goal of the project:

        To extend high price fruits cultivation technology in Bangladesh.

 

Objectives:

1.      To outspread commercially high yielding Bahree dates cultivation technique.

2.      To increase income by ensuring different use of land of the entrepreneur.

Project Name: Building up Dairy cluster through milch cow rearing with creative developed management system under LIFT Program.

Goal:

  • Building up a Developed Dairy cluster.
  • Proper farm hygiene management.
  • Developed waste management.

 

Objectives:

  • Income generates of Farmers through Vermicompost production &selling.
  • Fertility development of land with crop productivity improvement.
  • Creation of employment opportunity through Vermicompost production.
  • Assist to develop waste management of Farm. 

 

Project Name:  Kuchia Cluster development and Extension of Value Chain.

 

Goal: To extension of Kucia cluster & develop value chain market system

Objective:
 
  • To provide adequate knowledge about Kucia Farming.
  • To demonstrated Kuchia Farm. 
  • To provide soft Lone.
  • To develop a value chain market system.

Project name:  Sustainable drinking water management system of the salinity prone area of Satkhira.

Goal:

To ensure drinking water availability of saline vulnerable community.

Objectives:

  • To developed community-based water management plan.
  • To provide rainwater harvest plant among vulnerable people.
  • To developed Reverse Osmosis dewatering plant.
  • To Provide drinking water among community people in a sustainable manner
